As all items are handmade by one person, proccesing times may vary, usually your order will be finished within a week or so but may be longer
No refunds accepted
products are not all identical, as they are made by a human being and not a machine. However we do everything possible to ensure that the item you recieve is as close to the images shown
Also please note that these products have not been machine strength tested, so if any parts break under large amounts of force we cannot be held accountable, by purchasing the item you accept that risk
